When Megan hopped on the Grammys stage tonight to accept the award for Best Rap Song, she was treated to a wonderful surprise—Beyoncé hopping up onstage with her to collect the golden gramophone for “Savage (Remix).” And if you’re wondering if this was at all planned, nope, not at all—peep Megan’s reaction when she realized Bey was going to meet her onstage:

During her acceptance speech, Megan thanked Beyoncé for hopping on the track and explained how watching Bey’s career while growing up inspired her to develop a strong work ethic when it was time for to become a musician. During the entire speech, Bey looked at Meg like a proud mama:
Beyoncé, on the other hand, thanked Megan for letting her appear on the song and said it was an honor to be on the track. “I have so much respect for you,” Bey told Meg, which…????????????. And when it was time to leave the stage, Bey actually took hold of Megan’s hand when it was time to walk down the steps.
Yep, calling it—Megan and Bey’s friendship moment was the highlight of the night, no contest.
