“There are endless possibilities with liquid eyeshadow,” she shares. “Use it for graphic shapes, soft washes of color, and even bold impactful eye looks.” The secret is all in the application: for an all-over wash of color, apply with a fluffy brush; for a graphic shape or super-pigmented pop, use a dense brush to carefully paint the liquid shadow on your lids.
